Aaron’s passion to make a difference in the world of addiction is truly inspiring. What makes Aaron stand out from others is his compassion for others and empathy toward those individuals who feel hopeless. He is a great listener who has excellent communication skills. Aaron leads by example and instills a sense of confidence in his clients.

I had the good fortune of having Aaron stay in my home to help a family member and got to see firsthand how Aaron works as a sober coach and who he is as a person. Not only is he amazing at what he does but he is an incredible human being and role model. He is sincere, trustworthy and the most disciplined person I have ever met. Aaron’s passion for sobriety and helping people is inspiring. He genuinely cares about everyone he works with. and puts a lot of effort into creating a customized plan for his clients to achieve long-term success. If someone has the willingness to stay sober and do the work, Aaron will give you the resources and roadmap to do it. He walks the talk and is an inspiring example of what sober life can look like. It’s very stressful to have a loved one who is struggling and to know what the right path is. I am very grateful that we found Aaron. Not only did he do amazing things as a coach but had an impact on the entire family. He makes you want to be better. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to live a happy, healthy, and successful sober life.

I just finished up 10 weeks with Coach Aaron Barnes. I have dealt with alcohol problems most of my life and he is the first person to give me TACTICAL actions that put an end to the destructive patterns that made it easy for me to choose to drink. Clinical counselors in my opinion are a joke. Aaron for me is the first of his kind. A COACH that knows how to help and holds you accountable. Not just a bunch of guys sitting in a circle complaining about how alcohol ruined their life. It is REAL and ABSOLUTELY EFFECTIVE coaching to help you identify the patterns that cause you to “use” and correct those patterns. I recommend Aaron for the WORST addict because if he can’t get you so see that sobriety is the best thing you can have then no one can. Thank you forever Coach!

Aaron is a wonderful sober coach plus a wonderful life coach. The best part of working with Aaron is that he tailor fits your recovery to your specific needs; he does not work with a one- way approach to getting sober and staying sober. Aaron and I worked together over a few months to tease out “why” I drank in unhealthy ways and developed strategies to thwart my drinking impulse. The best part of working with Aaron is that he has continued to be a steadfast supporter of my recovery especially during this challenging year (2020) and I know that he is just a call or text away if I need a reboot. Living a sober life requires a commitment to yourself but it does not require you to stop living. Aaron helped me see this…What a joy!

Aaron is the most professional, passionate, trustworthy and disciplined person I have ever met. If you’re even thinking about making a change in your life or sick of being stuck in a tornado of addition, call Aaron. He knows because he has been there, done that, and now has a passion for helping others become their full potential, just like he did for me and many others. Aaron knows that getting sober is not a one size fits all process. He will customize a detailed plan for success that is tailored just for ‘YOU’ and he will be there for you along the way. Aaron is the real deal. Today I am back to work living my best life yet. It’s like seeing in color for the first time and that is an amazing gift. The only way to know is to try it for yourself. It can be done.

I could literally write pages and go into great detail about my experience with Aaron, but I’ll TRY to keep it concise. Aaron is one of the best things that have ever happened to me. With a lifelong history of substance abuse, I have been through a multitude of treatment facilities and programs. A family member recommended to my mom that I should go see Aaron. My parents (knowing that I had zero faith in any treatment programs) suggested that I might like Aaron after they looked him up themselves. Already naturally being a highly skeptical person, I reluctantly looked Aaron up and poured over his online presence. I was surprisingly impressed with what I saw and agreed to see Aaron. After our first meeting, I couldn’t believe it – I felt I found someone I could relate to. I can still remember the feeling of joy leaving the meeting. Feeling like “I think this is going to work” We didn’t meet in an office. He didn’t have me fill out a questionnaire. He didn’t sit across from me and take notes. While perhaps he had his own agenda and master plan in his head – I didn’t see it or feel it. We just simply talked. He asked. He listened. He offered advice. Each meeting I had with Aaron felt like a cleanse. I would always leave each meeting with profound new thoughts and words of wisdom. I would tell my parents and my girlfriend of each meeting I had with him. The thing I always tell everyone when talking about Aaron – There were maybe 4 meetings I had with him where at some small part of the conversation he would talk about something, recommend something, challenge me on something, etc. where I would genuinely feel I didn’t fully agree with him or that it didn’t apply to me and I’d think “Yeah, I appreciate it, but I don’t know about that”……. Then, by the time I would meet with him, through the course of going about my week, something would make me see and understand exactly what he was talking about! It would just click! Even outside of meetings with Aaron I would have “Ah-ha!” moments with something that he said. It would all come full circle. It always blew my mind. With Aaron I always felt I had a partner in my quest / struggle for sobriety. Like I was going at it alone. Aaron makes you WANT to be sober. I’m 2 years and 3 months clean and sober now. My life is drastically different. The things I have accomplished personally and professionally would have never come to fruition if I wasn’t sober. I’ve never felt better in my adult life. Aaron is truly a gift to humankind. Through me, his work will forever resonate throughout my entire family, friends, girlfriend, relations, and the interactions I have in society all over the world. replyReply more_vert

I wholeheartedly agree with the previous Google reviews as to Aaron’s character. I reached out to Sober Coaching mid-June. Aaron promptly called me back, we chatted and decided on a 2-week sober companion stay. Prior to this, I was lost in alcohol dependence, total isolation, depression and anxiety. This pattern had been going on for a decade or more. Other treatments failed, I believe, because they were not intensive enough, not tailored to my underlying issues, not holistic and not on location here at home where my triggers and habits needed to be identified and addressed. After two weeks and some follow up, I am free and living a glorious sober life. My days are filled with people, places and things that bring joy and a smile to my heart. My four children are grateful for the changes they see. Thank you Aaron, you are a very special person. This was the best investment of my life.

There are people that have something about them, that leaves a deep impression on you. Aaron Barnes is one of them. I had the honor of meeting and working with Aaron recently and the moment we met, I felt positive vibes and genuine energy. Throughout the day, he told me about his past addiction, darkest of days and the difficult battle he had to endure, to make it out. His process and metamorphosis to the vibrant, strong and inspiring human being he is now, is extraordinary! You can feel the passion and gratitude for life and sobriety, in every word that he speaks. His experience, infectious smile and attitude can help so many people that are dealing with addiction. His work as a Sobriety Coach is so meaningful. I am blessed to have met Aaron and always feel uplifted after every interaction with him.

If you aren’t a fan of labels and just want to live a healthier happier lifestyle and what you are doing isn’t working reach out to Aaron! He’s lived and overcome addiction and will meet you where you’re at and give you the tools and guide you to where you want to be. Health, Wellness, and Sobriety is the best choice I’ve ever made! Two days before my one year of sobriety my 12-year-old son Chase unexpectedly passed away that year prior was the best year of my life full of clarity, awareness, adventures, presence, laughter and beautiful memories. Aaron was there for me that year and in my darkest hours, I’m grateful to know him and to learn from him!
